Out of this World

While watching an awful Sci-Fi flick on a lazy Saturday afternoon, I was inspired to create an out-of-this-world nail design. Inspiration can come from anywhere, right? Afterwards I realized that my nails matched the Planetary Glass Set that I purchased several months ago from Think Geek. These beautiful pieces of art will not go in the kitchen, but will hold makeup brushes instead. I used the stone marble nail technique to create this look (tutorials can be found on Youtube). They didn't turn out exactly how I envisioned, but I liked them anyway. So hey, the weekend wasn't a complete waste. Have a great day. :)
